AI Data Product Owner

Job Description

Yıldız Tech's Digital Transformation organization is seeking a AI Data Product Owner to shape the vision, define the strategy, and drive the execution of our data-driven products. In this role, you will understand user needs and business objectives, facilitate the development of data products, and support data-driven decision-making processes.

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements into actionable AI projects

Generate analyses to evaluate the feasibility and expected impact of AI solutions

• Define and analyze the scope for data projects and translate business needs into data solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers to understand data availability, structure, and integration possibilities
• Set clear project deliverables, timelines, and KPIs for measuring performance
• Create and manage the data projects roadmap aligning with business goals
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and AI development teams
• Communicate AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with AI team to ensure successful delivery
• Working closely with data scientists and BI analysts
• Continuously evaluate project performance based on KPIs
• Work closely with PMO for project delivery
• Stay updated with AI, Data, and industry trends

What will be the qualifications we expect from you?

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in data products management
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision)
• Understanding of data pipelines, data governance, and model deployment processes
• Strong knowledge of structured/unstructured databases, data modeling, data management,
• Experience using business intelligence and data visualization platforms,
• Experience defining KPIs for data products and measuring performance post-deployment.
• Interact with the development team to articulate requirements and the needs of the end users
• Ability to prioritize backlogs, balance competing priorities, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills,
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Practical experience using SQL, Python is a plus
