Product Manager (Footwear, Bags & Acc.)


We are looking for a Product Manager to take responsibility for our Footwear (Women's&Man's), Bags, Acc. and Small Leather Goods product categories.

This role will play a key part in developing seasonal collections that reflect the YARGICI brand identity, ensuring consistency across all accessory groups, and driving commercial success.


Key Responsibilities;


  • Conduct seasonal mood board research, tracking global/local trends and competitors via fairs, markets, magazines and digital platforms to inspire new product designs.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to align on seasonal themes, colors and concepts, ensuring consistency across all categories.
  • Build and develop collections for footwear, bags and small leather goods through design sketches, supplier visits, and prototype requests.
  • Work with the Creative Director to ensure cohesion between accessory collections and the main collection.
  • Manage budgeting and planning for each category; determine cost and sales prices, ensuring profitability by considering customs, exchange rates, testing, logistics, and other costs.
  • Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery terms with suppliers in line with seasonal strategies and targets.
  • Oversee the order, production and delivery processes together with Merch Team.
  • Research and onboard new suppliers by evaluating samples, negotiating costs, and ensuring YARGICI standards are met.
  • Prepare for ticket price meetings with samples, cost analyses and comparative reports and participate actively in decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Category Planning teams to ensure accuracy in product displays, web content, photoshoots, and campaign materials.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor product displays, gather customer insights and ensure alignment with brand vision.
  • Provide product details, code lists, and content information for Marketing and Social Media teams.


Qualifications;


  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Business, or related fields,
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, design, or buying within footwear, bags and accessories categories,
  • Strong understanding of fashion and accessory trends,
  • Proven negotiation and supplier management experience,
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and profitability analysis,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities,
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for fairs, supplier visits, and trend research.
