Project & Product Support Engineer

General Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or similar engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, etc.) from a reputable university; Master’s degree is a plus,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project management,
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
• Fluent in English,
• Analytical thinker, solution-oriented, creative, team player with strong communication skills,
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, growth mindset, and results-driven,
• Highly motivated, energetic, and positive attitude

Job Description

• Actively participate in product planning and marketing processes,
• Analyze customer needs and market trends,
• Provide operational support in supply chain and project management processes,
• Prepare product sales forecasts and special reports to inform management,
• Review and comment on customer technical specifications,
• Analyze competitor products and identify opportunities for differentiation,
• Analyze product requirements and develop programs to ensure successful delivery,
• Create production timelines and coordinate with relevant departments,
• Evaluate new product ideas and develop marketing strategies,
• Take an active role in new product development projects.
