Operations Consulting: Manager/Senior Manager

We are looking for new members of our Operations Consulting for Manager and Senior Manager levels. Members of our team are expected to contribute to project work as well as business & practice development activities conducted as part of the Operations Consulting team.

Required Qualifications

• Deep supply chain expertise, primarily planning, sourcing & procurement, and logistics areas at managerial / leadership roles from an industry and/or management consulting perspective
• Automotive, Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods Industry experience is a plus
• Undergraduate Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering)/Business Administration from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad
• MA, MSc. and/or Ph.D. degree from a leading school is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written command of English and Turkish
• Strong critical thinking, analytical modeling, optimization and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, dedicated, detail and results-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work to tight deadlines
• Flexible to travel within Turkey and/or abroad
• Knowledge of Supply Chain related Enterprise Application solutions (APS, SRM, WMS, TMS, etc.) and/or Optimization & Simulation Tools, and/or emerging technologies (RPA, AI, D&A, etc.) is a plus
• Good command of MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Role & Responsibilities

• Help clients to shape their management decisions or redesign & optimize operations from strategy to execution by using consulting and industry expertise
• Lead on specific programme or project management disciplines scoping and planning, business case development, benefit and milestone tracking, issue/risk management
• Lead teams and client deliverables during projects as one of your core responsibilities including overseeing of cross-functional teams
• Identify, assess and solve complex problems, where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors to create value for the clients’ requirements
• Develop strong long-term client relationships and become recognized as a trusted business advisor
• Carry out collaborations with other competencies (i.e Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Operations, Technology) and go-to-market teams (e.g. Consumer Markets, Industrial Markets, Automotive, Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences)
• Based on supply chain priorities, develop supply chain, sourcing and/or logistics management strategies, help design end-to-end supply chain operations
• Leading stakeholder & communication management with senior management levels at a client and/or within PwC
• Contribute to practice management including thought leadership produced for internal and external marketing purposes
• Leading business development activities, including client proposals and RFP responses
• Undertake research in various sectors related to supply chain and producing detailed analysis reports
• Coaching, developing, and mentoring staff
