• Data Profiling & Quality
• Analyze structured enterprise datasets to identify data quality issues such as missing values, inconsistencies, duplicates, and schema anomalies.
• Develop automated data profiling and data quality checks using Python and SQL.
• Assist in defining data quality metrics, rules, and scorecards for enterprise reporting.
• Data Cleansing & Transformation
• Design and implement data cleansing and standardization logic to improve accuracy and usability of enterprise data.
• Support ELT workflows that transform raw source data into curated datasets within Snowflake.
• Document data transformations and assumptions to support governance and auditability.
• Data Modeling & Snowflake Integration
• Assist with logical and physical data modeling (e.g., dimensional, data vault, or domain oriented models) in Snowflake.
• Support loading curated datasets into Snowflake schemas optimized for analytics and AI use cases.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for validation, analytics, and downstream consumption.
• Applied AI / Machine Learning
• Explore and prototype machine learning techniques to detect anomalies, automate mappings, or classify data attributes.
• Assist in evaluating AI driven approaches for data quality improvement and metadata enrichment.
• Collaborate with senior team members on proof of concept AI use cases aligned to enterprise data strategy.
• Collaboration & Documentation
• Work closely with cross functional teams including Data Engineering, Analytics, and Governance.
• Create clear technical documentation, data dictionaries, and solution summaries.
• Present findings, models, and recommendations to technical and non technical stakeholders.

Education / Training

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Coursework or hands on experience in Python and SQL.
• Foundational understanding of data structures, statistics, and analytics concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with complex, real world datasets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Exposure to Snowflake, cloud data platforms, or data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with pandas, NumPy, scikit learn, or similar Python libraries.
• Basic understanding of ETL / ELT pipelines and data modeling techniques.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and data governance within enterprise environments.
• Experience with Power BI, data visualization, or metadata tools is a plus.

• Strength-Must be able to lift 40lbs.
• Motion-The position is primarily in an office setting requiring behind a desk the majority of they day utilizing a variety of office equipment such as computers, scanners, copies, etc.
• Vision/Hearing Requirements-May spend long periods of time in front of computer screen. Will need to be able to read detailed billing statements and be detailed oriented.
• Work Environment-Will spend the majority of time in office environment, although exposed occasionally to plant exposure to hot and cold environments along with noise exposure.
• Emotional Demands-Must have good communication skills. Be capable to multi-task and work independently. Ability to adapt to frequent changes in tasks and workload.
• Safety-The position will require the adherence to all safety practices and use of PPE while in a facility manufacturing facility to include eye, face, hand and hearing protection, steel toed boots, no jewelry and hard hats. This not a safety sensitive position.
