Lead AI & Data Science Trainer (Generative AI Specialist)

About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy educator with a passion for the future of intelligence? The London Institute of Data Science and Research Center (LIDSRC) is looking for a dynamic AI Data Science Trainer to bridge the gap between complex theory and industry application.

In this role, you won't just teach—you will inspire the next generation of AI professionals in Dubai and beyond by leading our comprehensive 14-week mastery program.

Key Responsibilities

* Curriculum Leadership: Design and deliver high-impact training on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering).

* Instructional Excellence: Lead engaging online and in-person sessions that transform beginners into job-ready professionals.

* Content Creation: Build a robust library of educational assets, including interactive presentations, real-world coding challenges, and capstone projects.

* Mentorship: Provide elite-level support through 1-on-1 project guidance, technical code reviews, and career coaching.

* Industry Integration: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI (OpenAI, Mistral, LangChain) to ensure our curriculum remains the most advanced in the region.

* Assessment: Monitor student growth through data-driven evaluations and provide actionable feedback to ensure 100% certification success.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

* Experience: 3+ years of professional hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

* Technical Mastery: * Languages: Expert-level Python.

* Libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy.

* Modern AI: Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and Vector Databases.

* Tooling: Proficiency in Jupyter/Colab, Git, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

* Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.

* Teaching Edge: Previous experience in corporate training, bootcamps, or university lecturing is highly preferred.
