CLIENT EXPERIENCE TRAINER

The Opportunity

Working with the Academy Team, the role will support the delivery of JLR’s client experience and product trainings to the Retail Network that contribute to the retailer’s competency development and improvement of the client’s satisfaction in sales and after sales business.

Key Performance Indicators

· Meeting training delivery targets

· Training participants feedback

Key Accountabilities

· Ensure continuous high-quality training delivery to retailer employees as well to in-market trainers in the region

· Deliver trainings with extensive travel across the region

· Attend train the trainer events and facilitate deployment to the broader training team

· Identify and coordinate resource requirements related to the training curriculum

· Collaborate with the training team to maintain ongoing trainer development

· Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

· Facilitate and deliver new model launch programs where appropriate

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· In depth knowledge of the retailer (automotive) process, automotive experience.

· 3+ years in a similar role

· Fluent English language

· Extensive knowledge of the Jaguar Land Rover product line and associated specifications

· Familiarity with Training Metrics

Personal Profile

Essential:

· Technically qualified as appropriate

· Client facing experience in the luxury retail environment

· Self- motivated, ability to work alone in a market, using resources available

· Sets the standards and lives by them

· Good team member

· Able to work under pressure with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

Desirable:

· Arabic and French languages

· Jaguar Land Rover qualified technical trainer (Jaguar Land Rover Trainer Certification)

· Experience using Excellence learning management system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
