Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Fresher Machine Learning/AI Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to begin their career in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence.

You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to impactful projects.

Location: Nagpur (Maharashtra)

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.

 Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to gather, preprocess, and analyze data.

 Help optimize and fine-tune existing machine learning models.

 Contribute to the design and deployment of AI-powered applications.

 Learn and apply best practices in machine learning model development and evaluation.

 Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

 Assist in collecting, organizing, and analysing data from various sources.

 Collaborate with team members to support data-driven decision-making.

 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

 Collaborate with senior developers and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

 Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning & AI Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or currently pursuing the degree).

 Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.

 Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

 Knowledge of machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to communicate findings effectively to team members.

 Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):

 Internship or coursework related to Machine Learning & AI.

 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.

 Experience with design and analysis tool and techniques.

 Knowledge of AI tools and techniques.
