Overview

The AI Developer will be a pivotal force in driving our technological advantage, designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and intelligent solutions that enhance our talent-sourcing, workflow optimization, and business intelligence capabilities. This role will directly influence how Anywhere Talent connects businesses with talent, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

This is a full-time, remote position requiring 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Lead the development and deployment of scalable AI and machine learning models (e.g., NLP for resume parsing, predictive models for talent matching, and optimization algorithms for workflow streamlining).
• Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust, efficient data pipelines to collect, process, and transform raw data into features suitable for model training.
• Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune existing models for improved performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product and operations teams to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend new technologies or methods to maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in programming languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of statistical modeling and data structures.
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
