Position: Senior AI Developer

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6+years

We’re looking for a Senior AI Developer with deep technical expertise to lead the design and deployment of advanced AI agents and automation frameworks at Infuze AI. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and end-to-end product deployment in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and scale multi-agent and RAG systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent frameworks.
• Implement retrieval, embedding, and knowledge integration pipelines for enterprise AI applications.
• Develop API-driven AI solutions and integrate them with databases, web services, and user interfaces.
• Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, strategy) to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall AI architecture planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6 + years in AI/ML development with proven experience in building production-grade AI systems.
• Strong command of Python and modern AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and retrieval pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Familiar with multi-agent or Agentic AI frameworks (Autogen, CrewAI, LangGraph).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
