Qualification: B. tech in AI or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Development: Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world applications.
• Model Implementation: Build solutions using supervised, unsupervised, or deep learning techniques as required.
• AI Integration: Integrate AI/ML models into web applications, APIs, or backend systems.
• Data Processing: Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Automation & Intelligence: Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
• Performance Optimization: Evaluate and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with full-stack developers, product managers, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure AI-driven solutions.
• Testing & Validation: Monitor model performance and handle retraining, versioning, and validation.
• Research & Learning: Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices.
• AI Agent Development: Design and build AI agents capable of autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution, decision-making, and workflow orchestration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an AI Developer
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas
• Experience working with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI APIs, NLP services, vision APIs)
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and deployment of models
• Understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
