AI Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Developer to join our team and help build, deploy, and improve AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, machine learning, and modern AI technologies, with a willingness to work on real-world AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI/ML models into applications and products.
• Build AI-powered features using LLMs, generative AI, NLP, and machine learning.
• Work with APIs and frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
• Develop and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets for model development.
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models where required.
• Build AI agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, or automation solutions.
• Integrate AI models with existing software applications and APIs.
• Test, debug, and improve AI applications for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party AI APIs.
• Knowledge of libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• Understanding of databases and data-processing techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic software development practices.

Good to Have

• Experience building AI agents or RAG-based applications.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and deployment workflows.
• Experience with computer vision or NLP.
• Published AI/ML projects, GitHub repositories, internships, or relevant certifications.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
