Job Description:

Trans Global Services is seeking a motivated and skilled AI Developer Executive to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining AI-based solutions to support business operations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
• Work with large datasets for training, testing, and optimizing AI models.
• Implement machine learning, NLP, or automation solutions as per project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI models.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with NLP, chatbots, automation, or computer vision is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
