About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, AI-savvy digital marketer who can both run campaigns and strategically shape our digital growth. You’ll manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, while also using AI tools and automation workflows to generate high-quality content and insights.

You’ll play a key role in identifying market trends, search behavior, and emerging audience opportunities — using SEO, keyword research, and competitive intelligence to position our product effectively across every stage of the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Continuously analyze performance and drive improvements in ROAS, CTRs, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Manage targeting, segmentation, and A/B testing for creative and audience optimization.

- AI-Driven Content Generation

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Leonardo.ai, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, etc.) to create compelling content for ads and organic channels.
  • Design automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com to streamline content production, posting, and reporting.
  • Generate creatives, ad copies, and video storyboards based on campaign insights.

- Market & Trend Intelligence

  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to identify high-potential search trends and audience interests.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends using AI-based and manual research tools to refine positioning.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for different funnel stages — awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with leadership on brand storytelling, campaign angles, and content themes aligned to market movement.

- Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports highlighting campaign ROI and content performance.
  • Continuously experiment with new AI/automation methods to improve efficiency and reach.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance media.
  • Proven success with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Strong grasp of SEO principles, search intent analysis, and keyword optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-based content tools (Veo, Sora, HeyGen, etc.).
  • Familiar with marketing automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Creative storyteller with analytical depth — able to connect content with performance data.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with eCommerce, retail, or D2C campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, or marketing funnels.
  • Video editing or creative direction experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English + Arabic) is an advantage

Performance Indicators (KPIs) Brand Awareness

  • Growth in impressions, reach, and brand recall across platforms.
  • Improved search visibility and organic brand queries.
  • Share of voice in category-specific keywords or trends.

Engagement & Community

  • Increase in engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, watch time) across campaigns.
  • Higher CTR (Click-Through Rate) and video completion rate on awareness ads.
  • Growth in social followers, content saves, and repeat interactions.
  • Uplift in positive sentiment and brand mentions across digital channels.

Creative Efficiency

  • Reduced time-to-publish through AI-based workflows.
  • Volume and quality of creative assets generated per month.
  • Frequency of successful A/B-tested creatives outperforming benchmarks
