AI-Driven Full Stack Developer

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer who builds faster and smarter with AI.

If you actively use tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot to develop enterprise-grade applications (ERP, procurement systems, etc.), this role is for you. You’ll own end-to-end development — from architecture to deployment — working across modern frontend and backend stacks, powered by AI to deliver speed without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Architect, develop, and maintain full stack web applications
• Build and enhance ERP modules and procurement workflows
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices

AI-Assisted Development

• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development
• Use prompt engineering to generate production-ready code, tests, and documentation
• Review and refine AI-generated code for quality and security
• Stay updated with latest AI tools and best practices

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and analysts
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery

System Architecture & DevOps

• Design scalable enterprise system architectures
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments
• Optimize performance (APIs, databases, applications)
• Implement security best practices

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js Angular TypeScript JavaScript (ES6+) HTML5 / CSS3 Redux / State Management
• Backend: Node.js PHP (Laravel/Core) Python (Django/Flask)

REST API Design GraphQL Microservices Architecture

• Database & Infrastructure: MySQL / PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis Docker Git / GitHub CI/CD Pipelines
• AI Development Tools: Cursor AI Google Antigravity Windsurf / Codeium

GitHub Copilot Claude / ChatGPT (Dev) AI Prompt Engineering LLM API Integration Required Experience

• 4–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Proven experience delivering ERP, procurement, or enterprise systems
• Strong experience with AI coding tools in professional environments
• Expertise in at least:
• 2 Frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
• 2 Backend technologies (Node, PHP, Python)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• Exceptional candidates without a degree but with strong portfolios may be considered
