Role Objective

To deliver measurable business growth using AI-enabled SEO strategies, Search Experience Optimization (SXO), entity-based SEO, automation, and predictive analytics.
This role focuses on lead generation, revenue outcomes, and topical authority — not just rankings.

Key Responsibilities1) AI-Powered Strategy & Planning

● Build quarterly + monthly SEO roadmaps using AI analytics & predictive intelligence (GA4 AI, SEMrush AI, Perplexity, etc.).

● Create business growth plans based on intent, competition, topical depth, and revenue potential.

● Convert strategy into weekly actionable task sheets for the SEO team.

2) Search Experience Optimization (SXO)

● Optimize landing pages for conversion, UX, scroll depth, CTAs, and readability.

● Use AI experience tools (Clarity Insights, Hotjar AI) to improve user journey.

● Work with UI/UX & Dev to fix page experience issues.

3) Entity-Based SEO & Topical Authority Building

● Develop keyword clusters, topic maps, and entity-rich content plans.

● Implement schema automation, author authority, and digital trust signals.

● Use tools like InLinks, Surfer, Schema AI generators.

4) AI + Content Collaboration

● Build AI-generated content briefs (not AI articles) with:

○ Keyword groups

○ Intent layers

○ Internal linking

○ E-E-A-T & entity requirements

● Work with content writers to improve accuracy, depth & credibility.

5) Technical + Automation

● Run regular audits and coordinate fixes for:

○ Indexing, speed, mobile, CWV

○ JS SEO & site structure

● Implement automation for:

○ Schema markup

○ Internal linking clusters

○ Image optimization

● Work closely with dev teams with clear sprint tickets.

6) AI-Enhanced Link Acquisition & PR

● Build brand-first + niche-relevant link systems using AI prospecting and personalization.

● Monitor link toxicity, authority metrics, and brand mention visibility.

7) Revenue-Focused Reporting

● Report KPIs around leads, conversions, CPL, topical growth, UX improvement, not vanity metrics.

● Build dashboards in Looker Studio with attribution insights.

Education & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory if proven skill).

● Minimum 2–6 years of real SEO experience, including strategy building

● Prior agency experience preferred; white-label exposure is a bonus.

● Experience with JS sites or WebFlow/Shopify SEO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,492.34 - ₹34,739.00 per month
