Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated entry-level AI Engineer to join and help build our AI division from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AI/ML and software development, with a passion for creating intelligent tools and automation solutions that streamline critical business processes such as proposal writing, HR management, recruiting, and order management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define AI strategy and roadmap for business automation and AI integration

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered tools, bots, and agents tailored to business needs

Automate manual workflows including proposal generation, HR and recruiting processes, and order management

Build and maintain machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP) capabilities, and recommendation systems

Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, sales, and product teams to identify automation opportunities

Monitor, test, and optimize AI systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Stay current with AI advancements and emerging technologies to continuously improve tools and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s a plus)

Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Experience or solid understanding of natural language processing, machine learning models, and AI agents/bots

Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and deployment of AI applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Ability to work independently and lead projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Interest or experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, or systems integration

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Internships, projects, or previous roles involving AI/ML model development or automation tools
