AI Engineer

Overview:
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define AI strategy and roadmap for business automation and AI integration
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered tools, bots, and agents tailored to business needs
• Automate manual workflows including proposal generation, HR and recruiting processes, and order management
• Build and maintain machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP) capabilities, and recommendation systems
• Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, sales, and product teams to identify automation opportunities
• Monitor, test, and optimize AI systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Stay current with AI advancements and emerging technologies to continuously improve tools and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience or solid understanding of natural language processing, machine learning models, and AI agents/bots
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and deployment of AI applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to work independently and lead projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Interest or experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, or systems integration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Experience

• Internships, projects, or previous roles involving AI/ML model development or automation tools
• Exposure to proposal automation, HR tech, recruiting software, or order management systems
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code AI builder platforms
• Understanding of data privacy and governance in AI applications
