AI Engineer

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer with 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven problem-solving, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to prepare it for modeling.
• Work with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics models depending on project requirements.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning.
• Document processes, experiments, and findings for internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 1.5–2 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems is preferred.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) or Generative AI applications.
• Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.
