AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineers to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, artificial intelligence, data processing, and algorithm development. This role will involve building intelligent systems, analyzing datasets, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to support our software and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract insights.
• Build and optimize predictive models, recommendation systems, chatbots, and other AI-driven features.
• Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks to enhance solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications.
• Fine-tune existing models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Work with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.
• Document processes, models, and findings for internal and client use.
• Assist in designing proof-of-concepts (POCs) for AI-driven business solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML experience.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data science principles.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other ML programming languages.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
