AI Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production-ready applications
• Preprocess, analyze, and manage large-scale datasets for model training and validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions
• Optimize model performance for speed, scalability, and accuracy across diverse environments
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Build and maintain ML pipelines and automation workflows using MLOps best practices
• Uphold ethical AI standards and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment
• Familiarity with data engineering tools (SQL, Spark, Hadoop is a plus)
• Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI models in production environments
• Knowledge of generative AI techniques including LLMs, transformers, and diffusion models
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research in relevant domains
