Location: Indore (On-Site Role)

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, and experience working on real-world projects involving data processing, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms for business and technical applications.

Analyze large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive or classification models.

Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems or products.

Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.

Research and implement state-of-the-art AI and deep learning techniques, including NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.

Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and APIs for model deployment.

Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model accuracy and efficiency.

Document processes, methodologies, and technical specifications for reproducibility and future reference.

Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and frameworks in the AI/ML ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

1–2 years of professional experience in AI, ML, or data-driven projects.

Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and OpenCV.

Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) and SQL/noSQL databases.

Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques is a plus.

Experience with model deployment using Flask, FastAPI, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
