We are looking for an
AI Engineer (Junior/Mid)
who is passionate about building with LLMs, learning new technologies, and experimenting with modern agentic AI architectures.
What you will do;
Build and prototype AI agents
- Develop internal AI agents and automations for engineering workflows including SDLC processes, documentation generation, and code analysis, etc.
-
Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen…)
-
Collaborate on RAG pipelines, vector databases, evaluation workflows, and platform components
-
Integrate agents with internal systems (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, observability tools, etc.)
-
Research new AI tools, frameworks, and agent patterns — and present findings to the team
Develop backend services
- Write clean Python code for APIs, workflow logic, and agent orchestration while learning software engineering fundamentals from the team
Build quality and reliability practices
- Help establish monitoring, logging, testing, and observability standards for production AI systems
Document and share knowledge
- Contribute to internal documentation, technical playbooks, and best practices that help the team scale
