AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models. The ideal candidate should have strong foundations in machine learning, deep learning, data engineering, and software development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intelligent solutions that improve system performance, automate workflows, and create impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI/ML Model Development

· Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various business use cases.

· Train, validate, and fine-tune models using structured and unstructured datasets.

· Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to improve model performance.

2. Deployment & MLOps

· Deploy machine learning models into production using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or on-prem environments.

· Create CI/CD pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.

· Implement monitoring systems to track model accuracy, drift, and performance over time.

3. Data Engineering & Preparation

· Work with large datasets, ensuring proper data preprocessing, cleaning, labelling, and transformation.

· Develop scalable data pipelines and integrate models with databases, APIs, and backend systems.

4. Research & Innovation

· Stay updated with latest advancements in AI, NLP, computer vision, generative models, and automation technologies.

· Experiment with emerging tools, frameworks, and LLM technologies to improve workflows and drive product innovation.

5. Collaboration & Documentation

· Work with software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Document model architecture, experiments, versioning, and deployment processes for internal reference.

Required Qualifications

Experience

· Minimum 2 years of professional experience working as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.

· Experience building and deploying machine learning models in real-world production systems.

Technical Skills

· Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and model optimization techniques.

· Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.

· Experience with data processing frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Spark, or Dask.

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).

· Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools.

· Strong grasp of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

Soft Skills

· Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

· Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, scalable, maintainable code.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

· Experience with NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision.

· Familiarity with vector databases, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.
