Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and modern LLM tooling to address real business problems.
• Own key parts of the data science lifecycle, including data exploration, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
• Implement and maintain production-ready ML pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Design and manage efficient data storage solutions using Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Work with cloud platforms—preferably AWS—to deploy and scale data and AI workloads.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage containerization (Docker), and ensure smooth deployment through Git/GitHub workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI agents into web apps and enterprise systems.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new tools and techniques to improve performance, reliability, and development speed.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, including LLM applications, traditional ML models, and deep learning solutions.
• Must share production-grade project examples or portfolio links.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in Python and core data science libraries.
• Agentic Frameworks:
• Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph; familiarity with Hugging Face tools is a plus.
• Backend Skills:
• Solid experience with one or more Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• Databases:
• Hands-on experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Version Control:
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
• Cloud Knowledge:
• Working knowledge of AWS or an equivalent cloud platform.
• Collaboration:
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field.

Work Schedule
Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary Range: PKR 110,000 – PKR 135,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs135,000.00 per month
