AI Engineer

We’re now hiring an AI Engineer . You’ll collaborate closely with Product Analysts and Product managers to turn ideas into clear user stories, design and deliver AI-powered features end to end, and drive work across the software development lifecycle - prioritizing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop AI-powered Python applications combining LLMs, automation workflows, and company’s fintech platform.
  

• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions using clean coding principles (SOLID, YAGNI).
  

• Prototype and iterate quickly , then deliver production-ready software with robust testing.
  

• Mentor and coach teams on AI technologies, software design patterns, and automation best practices.
  

• Integrate with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and work with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
  

• Contribute to AI adoption by building reusable components, templates, and technical guidelines.
  

• Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-value AI automation opportunities and design practical solutions.
  

• Participate in Agile development with 14-day sprints, code reviews, and regular team syncs
  

  
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience : 4-5+ years in software engineering, with strong expertise in Python and its AI/data science ecosystem.
  

• AI expertise : Hands-on experience with modern LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source), AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and automation tools.
  

• Backend skills : Proficiency with Django or similar frameworks, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) & NoSQL databases, and API development.
  

• Vector database knowledge is a plus.
  

• DevOps familiarity : Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD workflows.
  

• Cloud experience : AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  

• Business mindset : Ability to quickly grasp new domains and design AI solutions that create measurable impact.
  

• Mentorship & communication skills : Capable of explaining complex technical concepts and guiding teams through adoption of new technologies.
  

• Language : Fluent English
