AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions for real-world applications. The ideal candidate should be confident with ML/DL models, data pipelines, and production deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Deploy AI models using APIs, cloud services, or containerized environments.
• Build scalable AI pipelines and automate workflows (MLOps).
• Work on NLP, computer vision, or LLM-based systems depending on project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Backend, Product).
• Prepare documentation, reports, and model performance evaluations.

Required Skills & ToolsTechnical Skills

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms & Deep Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with: Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or LLMs (any specialization).
• Practical knowledge of data pipelines, model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Tools & Technologies

• Jupyter, Google Colab, or VS Code
• Git / GitHub / GitLab
• Docker (basic knowledge required)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – basic experience is enough)
• API Development (FastAPI or Flask)
• Database basics (SQL, NoSQL)

Experience Required

• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering
• Strong internship + project portfolio (for fresh graduates)
• Candidates with Kaggle, GitHub projects, hackathons, or published models/tools will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow).
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG pipelines, or vector databases.
• Understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Any AI certifications (Coursera, Google, Udacity, etc.).
