AI Engineer

About the Role

We are building a next-generation multi-tenant SaaS CRM platform designed to automate communication, boost lead intelligence, and deliver AI-driven insights for sales and support teams.

We’re looking for an AI Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on ML/NLP experience who is excited to build intelligent workflows, automation layers, and chatbot-driven experiences for a high-scale production environment.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build and fine-tune conversational chatbots for CRM workflows and customer engagement.
• Develop automation pipelines for summarization, lead scoring, recommendations, and agent assistance.
• Implement NLP/NLU components: classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, context handling.
• Design and maintain vector embeddings, similarity search, and RAG-based retrieval layers.
• Integrate AI models with backend systems (Node.js/Next.js, REST APIs, event-driven automation).
• Optimize prompts, model routing, and structured outputs for accuracy and consistency.
• Build monitoring tools to reduce hallucinations and track model performance.
• Support internal tools for data cleaning, labeling, and QA automation.
• Develop scalable inference pipelines for cloud or serverless environments.
• Collaborate across product, backend, and frontend teams to shape user-facing AI features.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Applied AI.
• Strong Python skills (FastAPI/Flask), transformer models, embeddings, NLP pipelines.
• Experience with LLMs and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Qdrant).
• Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic/HuggingFace APIs.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM workflow design.
• Experience with asynchronous queues (BullMQ, Redis) and event-based systems.
• Knowledge of preprocessing, tokenization, and fine-tuning smaller ML models.
• Solid debugging skills and ability to optimize inference for performance and cost.
• Comfort with Git, CI/CD, and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience building chatbots for CRM, sales, or support.
• Knowledge of RAG systems and memory components.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Experience with analytics, behavioral data, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Interest in autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, or AI dashboards.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
