What You'll Be Doing:
The AI Engineer position will support the setup, configuration and ongoing development of solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AgentFlow, Power Automate and related Microsoft AI tools. This position focuses on implementing and operationalizing existing AI strategies, configuring intelligent agents, and improving the performance through strong prompt design and applied problem solving.
What We're Looking For:
- Assist in building, configuring, and maintaining AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio, including logic, triggers, and Power Automate workflows.

Execute and maintain AI strategies that have already been defined, ensuring reliable deployment and performance across business functions.

Develop, test, and refine prompt structures and techniques to improve the quality, accuracy, and tone of AI responses within Copilot and related tools.

Continuously expand AI and automation knowledge through practical, self-directed learning (e.g., Microsoft resources, YouTube tutorials, community examples).

Troubleshoot and improve existing AI workflows and integrations in coordination with senior engineers or solution architects.

Configure and validate data connections across Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Dynamics, etc.).

Maintain clear, accurate records of agent configurations, workflows, and prompt libraries.

Work closely with AI architects, automation leads, and business users to support smooth AI adoption.
What You'll Bring:
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate or Copilot Studio).

Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 integrations and cloud-based automation tools.

Ability to learn independently using online educational resources (e.g., Microsoft Learn, YouTube, community channels).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Education & Experience:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

Minimum Required: 3+ years' of technical experience with a familiarity of AI.
Licenses & Credentials:
Systems & Technology:
- Exposure to AgentFlow, Power Virtual Agents, or other Microsoft AI development tools.

Familiarity with Azure AI Services or similar automation frameworks.

Understanding of how prompt design affects AI model responses and user experience.

General awareness of enterprise security and compliance considerations in Microsoft environments.
