Job Summary:
Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior AI Developer to join our innovative and research-driven development team. This role focuses on building websites, mobile applications, and software features using AI-powered development tools rather than traditional coding methods.

The ideal candidate will work by prompting AI tools, reviewing generated outputs, iterating on solutions, and deploying production-ready features. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in AI-driven development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build websites, mobile apps, and software features using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI assistants
• Write effective prompts to generate high-quality code and solutions
• Review, test, refine, and iterate AI-generated outputs until quality standards are met
• Deploy finalized features to production environments
• Work on Flutter, web technologies, and multiple tech stacks based on project requirements
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver functional solutions
• Troubleshoot issues by leveraging AI tools and logical problem-solving
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, platforms, and methodologies
• Participate in experimentation, learning, and R&D initiatives as required

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh CS / IT graduates or self-taught candidates with strong AI interest
• 3 months to 1 year of exposure to AI tools or software development
• Fast learners who can prompt, iterate, and solve problems independently
• Strong curiosity and interest in AI-powered development
• Good English communication (written and verbal)
• Reliable, responsible, and quality-focused mindset
