AI / ML Developer

We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI services company as a foundational technical leader. You’ll design and build production-grade AI/ML solutions across computer vision, NLP, and generative AI, while mentoring and leading a team as we scale.

What You’ll Do

● Architect and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data processing to deployment, across diverse domains (vision, NLP, GenAI, predictive systems).
● Design scalable pipelines, implement best practices, and set engineering standards.
● Guide algorithm/model selection, review code, debug complex issues, and make key technical decisions.
● Mentor and upskill junior engineers, fostering a strong learning and innovation culture.
● Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define solutions that are robust, accurate, and scalable.
● Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.

What You Bring
● 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
● Strong expertise in:
○ Computer Vision – CNNs, OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch, transfer learning, detection/segmentation models.
○ NLP – Transformers (BERT, T5, GPT), tokenization, embeddings, HuggingFace, spaCy/NLTK.
○ Generative AI – LLM orchestration (LangChain), RAG, chatbots, prompt engineering, vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone).
● Solid ML foundations (classical algorithms, feature engineering, evaluation) with Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship abilities with a track record of guiding teams technically.
