Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is looking for an AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will support the development and optimization of AI-driven systems, assist in preparing training data, help integrate LLMs, and collaborate with the team to improve chatbot performance and data workflows. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about NLP and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Data Preparation: Organize, clean, and structure datasets for AI model training.

• Data Pipelines: Assist in building and maintaining simple data processing pipelines.

• LLM Integration: Support development teams in integrating large language models via APIs.

• Prompt Engineering & RAG: Learn and apply prompt‑engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.

• Chatbot Optimization: Help enhance chatbot accuracy, responsiveness, and overall performance.

• Embeddings & Tokenization: Work on embedding generation and tokenization tailored to specific use cases.

• Data Collection: Collaborate with the team to gather and process relevant datasets.

• AI Research: Explore emerging AI tools, techniques, and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:

• Python: Basic proficiency in writing and understanding Python code.

• SQL: Ability to work with databases at a fundamental level.

• Debugging: Strong ability to identify and resolve basic issues.

• Data Preprocessing: Understanding of cleaning and transforming raw data.

• Algorithmic Logic: Solid grasp of programming and algorithmic concepts.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is mandatory.

This position is not open for undergraduates.

Experience:

Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 6 months of experience in AI, data, or related fields.
