3+ years of hands-on RAG experience

3+ years of hands-on Python AI coding experience

Active thinker

Proactive contributor; no simple order taking

Roles & Responsibilities:

AI System Development: Designing, training, and implementing machine learning (ML) models, neural networks systems.

Data Engineering & Processing: Collecting, cleaning, and preparing large datasets for training.

Model Optimization: Testing, tuning, and validating AI models to ensure high accuracy, robustness, and performance.

System Integration: Embedding AI models into applications via APIs and middleware, ensuring seamless operation with existing infrastructure.

Generic Managerial Skills:

Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical AI solutions

Salary Range: $64,000 - $130,000 a year
