Key Responsibilities

1. AI Agent Development: Design and implement advanced AI agents using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern frameworks for reasoning, decision-making, and workflow orchestration.

2. Full-Stack Integration: Build scalable backend services with Java SpringBoot, intuitive frontends with Next.js, and mobile apps with Flutter to deliver AI-powered products.

3. Deployment & Scalability: Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business logic into robust AI architectures and user-centric features.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Excellent analytical, coding, and debugging skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, RAG pipelines, or autonomous systems with frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design for solving complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with frontend (Next.js/React) and mobile (Flutter) development, as well as backend development using Java SpringBoot (REST APIs, microservices, database integration).

• Analytical problem-solver with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Ability to balance rapid prototyping with production-grade engineering.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical trade-offs to diverse teams.
