About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Engineer for building agentic AI systems at an enterprise level. This role involves building intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks autonomously, leveraging LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and advanced machine learning models. You will work closely with the AI architecture team to design scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise workflows.

What You’ll Do:

Architect and implement AI agentic systems with multi-step reasoning, memory, and planning capabilities.

Design and implement semantic retrieval layers, including RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and vector-based search.

Integrate LLMs with structured/unstructured enterprise data through semantic orchestration.

Develop and optimize machine learning models (including LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and task-specific models) for agent decision-making.

Integrate external APIs, vector databases, and enterprise systems into AI workflows.

Lead R&D on orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, custom orchestrators) for autonomous agents.

Design prompt engineering strategies and knowledge retrieval systems for context-aware responses.

Ensure scalability, security, and compliance for enterprise-grade AI deployments.

Mentor junior engineers and review code for quality and best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

Strong 2+ years of experience in AI/ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.

Deep understanding of LLMs and agent frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face Transformers).

Expertise in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and autonomous decision-making.

Strong background in Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and knowledge graphs.

Experience with enterprise security and compliance for AI systems.

Nice to Have

Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks.

Background in knowledge retrieval and semantic search.

Contributions to open-source AI projects or research papers in the AI/agentic space.

Immediate availability will be considered an added advantage.
