AI Engineer (Azure & . NET)

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in the Azure AI ecosystem and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and other Azure services. The role involves building scalable GenAI solutions, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications, developing REST APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven business solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML and software development
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry
• Strong experience in developing and deploying AI/GenAI applications
• Proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
• Experience with REST API development and integration
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM integration, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Monitor
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Microsoft Azure certifications (AI Engineer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent) are preferred
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or enterprise-scale projects will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and cloud-native application development
