AI Engineer Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer – Team Lead to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions while managing and mentoring a team of engineers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in AI technologies (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling), along with proven experience in team leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth.
• Architect, design, and implement AI/ML models for various business use cases.
• Oversee deployment of models into production environments, ensuring scalability and stability.
• Guide the team in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure delivery within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, ethics, and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/team management role.
• Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Experience with MLOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and big data tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor junior engineers.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 18,000 – 25,000 (depending on experience).
