The Role:
We’re looking for a self-starting AI Engineer to join our Dubai team and build the intelligent systems that power our marketing. You’ll architect agentic workflows that automate digital marketing across paid search, organic search, email, social media, and affiliate channels, driving measurable e-commerce growth across 9 international markets. This isn’t a role where you wait for a ticket. You’ll work alongside a small, fast-moving AI team that spots opportunities, prototypes solutions, and ships them.
What You'll Do:

Design and build AI-powered workflows that automate marketing operations across paid search, SEO, email, social, and affiliate channels.

Develop multi-agent systems and copilots for campaign planning, content generation, data analysis, and performance optimisation.

Integrate AI systems with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Klaviyo, Meta, Search Console) via APIs for real-time data flow and automated decision-making.

Build and maintain RAG pipelines connecting AI agents to company knowledge, product catalogues, and performance data.

Collaborate with London team to identify and deliver high-impact automation.
What We're Looking For:

Experience with agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), you’ve designed agents, defined tools, and built multi-step workflows.

Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines including embedding models, chunking strategies, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS).

Strong Python skills, you write production code, not just notebook experiments.

Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) including prompt engineering and structured output parsing.

Ability to build API integrations and event-driven pipelines connecting marketing platforms and business systems.

Understanding of digital marketing channels: Paid Search (Google Ads), SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Affiliate.

Self-starter mentality, you identify problems and build solutions without being asked. Show us what you’ve built that nobody asked you to build.
Nice to have: MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI-assisted dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), Docker/CI/CD, e-commerce operations, or marketing platform API experience (Google Ads, Klaviyo, Meta, GA4).
