Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a minimum of 3 years in the field to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models to drive product innovation and business growth. This role requires hands-on expertise in AI frameworks, software engineering best practices, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Develop scalable AI pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Deploy AI models into production environments ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI systems including detecting model drift and retraining as required.
• Implement data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering to ensure quality datasets for training AI models.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and technologies, recommending relevant innovations for adoption.
• Document AI development processes, models, and best practices to maintain knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning principles.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI deployment.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and MLOps practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical documentation.

Preferred

• Experience in natural language processing, computer vision, or specialized AI domains.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
