SQA Engineer (Automation / Manual / Health Domain)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in software testing across desktop, web, and mobile applications. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in manual testing, and exposure to automation testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for desktop, web, and mobile applications.
• Conduct manual testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, Trello, or other task management tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
• Ensure test coverage and quality assurance processes align with company standards.
• (Preferred) Contribute to automation testing frameworks and scripting.
• (Preferred) Work on health-related applications testing.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a reputable university.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong background in testing Desktop, Web, and Mobile Applications.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, or similar task/project management systems.
• Excellent expertise in Manual Testing practices.
• Familiarity with Automation Testing tools (preferred).
• Experience with Healthcare-related applications (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
