Position Summary:

The AI Graphic Designer (AIGD) is a vital part of the Graphics and Marketing team, responsible for leveraging AI tools to create innovative visual content across digital and print platforms. This role combines traditional graphic design expertise with AI-assisted technologies to elevate the Elite Lighting brand, ensuring our marketing materials, product visuals, and digital assets are engaging, high-quality, and competitive. The AI Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing and front-end development teams to deliver cohesive and visually impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for brochures, websites, email campaigns, social media, marketing materials, etc.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to document visual designs and provide UI/design pattern guidance across multiple devices (web, mobile, tablet).
• Maintain and develop Elite’s decorative lighting lines’ visual identity, including packaging, advertisements, brochures, magazines, logos, sell sheets, and product illustrations.
• Conduct Market research to ensure Elite’s materials meet or exceed industry standards and aesthetics.
• Edit and refine AI-generated content and visuals to align with brand guidelines and intended messaging.
• Transform data, product information, and marketing content into clear, compelling visual graphics.
• Assist in creating training videos, new product introductions, and marketing campaign resources.
• Ensure quality control by reviewing designs before publishing or printing.
• Respond promptly to requests directed to the Graphics/Marketing Department.

Qualifications:

• Advanced skills with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and AI-based design tools.
• College degree preferred, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Creative/UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with social media and online marketing design is a plus.
• Knowledge of lighting industry basics is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Portfolio link showcasing both traditional and AI-assisted design work.
