Role Summary

The AI Expert is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that improve data processing, automation, and decision‑making across the organization. The role focuses on applied AI, data analytics, and model optimization rather than research‑heavy or senior architectural leadership.

This position works closely with data, IT, and business teams to translate use cases into scalable AI‑driven solutions while ensuring data governance, performance, and compliance standards are met.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Machine Learning Development

• Design, develop, and improve machine learning models and AI use cases for business and operational needs
• Build and optimize data pipelines supporting AI workflows (ETL, preprocessing, validation)
• Perform algorithm tuning and performance optimization for predictive models
• Support the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments

Data & Analytics

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and insights
• Develop AI‑driven dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance compliance across AI initiatives

Automation & Process Improvement

• Standardize AI use‑case documentation, validation frameworks, and compliance checklists
• Automate repetitive analytical and documentation workflows to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, compliance, infrastructure) to align AI solutions with enterprise requirements

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation summaries
• Participate in reviews of AI feasibility, scalability, and risk considerations

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: Python, Java (basic to intermediate)
• Databases: MySQL, relational databases
• AI / ML: Machine learning pipelines, Model tuning and feature engineering, Neural network fundamentals
• Data: ETL processes , Data preprocessing and transformation
• Visualization:Power BI, Matplotlib, or similar tools

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or related roles
• Academic projects, internships, or applied industry experience in AI development are acceptable

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
