We are looking for a talented Mid-Level AI & Full-Stack Developer to join our growing

engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that

combine robust web technologies with cutting-edge AI and machine learning capabilities. You

will work across the full stack—from building performant front-end interfaces in Next.js to

architecting back-end services in Node.js—while integrating AI-driven features such as custom

GPT solutions, chatbots, and automated workflows.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence,

is comfortable working with modern JavaScript frameworks, and has hands-on experience with

workflow automation tools like n8n. You will collaborate closely with designers, product

managers, and fellow developers to ship high-quality products that delight users and solve real

business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and

Payload CMS, ensuring clean architecture and scalable codebases.

• Develop and integrate AI/ML models and services into production applications, including

natural language processing, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

• Build, configure, and deploy custom GPT integrations (OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI)

tailored to specific business use cases and user needs.

• Implement and maintain conversational chatbot solutions across multiple channels (web,

messaging platforms), focusing on user experience and accuracy.

• Create and manage automated workflows using n8n, connecting APIs, databases, and

third-party services to streamline internal and customer-facing processes.

• Write clean, well-tested, and documented JavaScript/TypeScript code following

established best practices and coding standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical

solutions, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to

optimise reliability, speed, and user experience.

• Stay current with emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and industry trends, and advocate

for their adoption where they add value.

• Contribute to API design, database modelling, and DevOps practices including CI/CD

pipelines and cloud infrastructure management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus

on JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Solid proficiency in Node.js and Next.js (App Router and Pages Router), including

server-side rendering, API routes, and middleware.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and tooling—model integration, prompt

engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying custom GPT-powered applications

using the OpenAI API or equivalent platforms.

• Proven track record of implementing production chatbot solutions with strong

conversational design skills.

• Working knowledge of n8n or similar workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make) for

building and maintaining automated pipelines.

• Experience with Payload CMS or similar headless CMS platforms (Strapi, Sanity,

Contentful) for content-driven applications.

• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, relational and NoSQL databases

(PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and modern authentication patterns.

• Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD tooling, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a

collaborative team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for ML/data pipelines (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn,

LangChain).

• Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and agentic AI

patterns.

• Experience with real-time technologies such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with design systems or component

libraries (Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui).

• Contributions to open-source projects or an active technical blog/portfolio.
• Exposure to LLM observability and evaluation tools (LangSmith, Weights & Biases,

Helicone).
