Role Overview

Grand City is building a next-generation AI-driven real estate and smart-city ecosystem, integrating digital twins, ERP systems, investor dashboards, CRM, recovery operations, and predictive analytics.

We are seeking a high-ownership AI Full Stack Engineer who can design, build, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI-powered applications—from data ingestion and model development to front-end dashboards and production-grade backend systems.

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, full-stack development, and applied business intelligence, with direct exposure to leadership and real-world impact across real estate, finance, operations, and investor experience.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning

• Design, train, and deploy ML/AI models for:
• Predictive analytics (sales, recovery, cash flows, demand forecasting)
• Anomaly detection (payments, delays, operational inefficiencies)
• NLP systems (chatbots, document intelligence, internal copilots)
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / open-source models) into business workflows.
• Build data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.

Backend Development

• Develop scalable APIs using Python (FastAPI / Django) or Node.js.
• Architect microservices and modular backend systems.
• Integrate with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, logging, and monitoring.

Frontend Development

• Build modern, responsive dashboards using React / Next.js / Tailwind.
• Develop data-heavy interfaces (analytics dashboards, admin panels, investor portals).
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and UX best practices.

Data & Infrastructure

• Work with PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB, Redis, and data warehouses.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments on Azure / AWS.
• Optimize cloud costs and system performance.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance.

Product & Business Alignment

• Collaborate with leadership to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Contribute to PRDs, system architecture documents, and technical roadmaps.
• Support experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Python (ML, backend APIs)
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React / Next.js
• Hands-on experience with:
• ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• REST APIs & system integration
• Solid understanding of:
• Data structures, system design, and software architecture
• Cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with digital twins, GIS, or smart-city platforms.
• Familiarity with Power BI / Superset / custom analytics dashboards.
• Exposure to real estate, fintech, ERP, or large-scale operational systems.
• Experience with blockchain or asset tokenization (bonus, not mandatory).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
