AI & Generative AI Specialist

Nicon Group of Colleges is seeking a highly skilled AI & Generative AI Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems using modern artificial intelligence technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and generative AI solutions for real-world applications
• Build and integrate applications using large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-based systems
• Implement advanced AI techniques including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases
• Develop intelligent automation tools such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents
• Work with APIs and integrate AI services into web and mobile applications
• Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability in production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative technologies
• Document technical processes, workflows, and system architectures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tools such as LangChain or AutoGen
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning concepts
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines
• Prior experience working on AI-based products or SaaS platforms

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
