Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI + Tableau)

NICON Group of Colleges is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI and Tableau, along with a solid understanding of data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Create reports to support business decision-making
• Identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Optimize data models and improve reporting performance
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
• Automate reporting processes where possible

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
• Proficiency in:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• SQL (data querying and manipulation)
• Strong understanding of:
• Data visualization principles
• Data modeling and ETL processes
• Experience with Excel and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Understanding of business processes and KPIs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
