Clinical Analyst/ Business Analyst

Job: Clinical Analyst / Business Analyst

Team: Project Implementation

What You’ll Do

  • Showcase the system through demos and guide users step-by-step.
  • Understand how hospitals and clinics operate, then convert those needs into system requirements.
  • Improve workflows by aligning processes with system capabilities (BPR & BPA).
  • Support documentation like requirement specs, workflows, and process maps.
  • Work closely with the implementation team to deliver projects successfully.
  • Set up and customize the system (users, forms, nursing notes, checklists, charts, etc.).
  • Assist clients in preparing and uploading data accurately into the system.
  • Test new features and ensure everything works as expected before release.
  • Create simple, easy-to-follow user manuals and training materials.
  • Train users and ensure they are confident using the system.
  • Plan and execute testing phases (FAT & UAT) with stakeholders.
  • Support clients during go-live and help them adapt smoothly.
  • Continuously gather feedback and suggest system improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or any healthcare-related field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.).
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare systems or hospital environments.
  • Solid understanding of clinical workflows and operations.
  • Experience with systems like HIS, PMS, LIS, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to turn real-world clinical needs into clear documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum ways of working.
  • Experience using tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Basic knowledge of integrations and APIs.
  • Understanding of medical coding standards (ICD, CPT, SNOMED).
