We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Analyst to join our team and conduct podcast and business analyses that drive measurable results, to support our sales team.

Job Description

Are you a data detective who loves turning raw information into high-value business opportunities? We are looking for a Data Enrichment (Lead Generation Specialist) to fuel our growth engine.

This isn’t just data entry. You will be the architect of our outreach pipeline, using web scraping, LinkedIn extraction, and AI-assisted workflows to build elite lead lists that drive our outbound campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Extraction: Extract structured data from LinkedIn and corporate directories using scraping tools and extensions.
• Lead Enrichment: Build and refine targeted lead lists, ensuring every record is enriched with job roles, company size, and validated contact info.
• Quality Control: Clean and validate datasets to remove duplicates and ensure 100% accuracy before hand-off to Sales.
• Pipeline Support: Partner with the Marketing team to refine "Ideal Customer Profiles" (ICPs) based on campaign performance.
• Automation: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and scale our data gathering.

Requirements

• Experienced: 1–3 years in Data Enrichment, Lead Gen, or Technical Research (Agency experience is a plus!).
• Tech-Savvy: You are a pro at LinkedIn data extraction and have hands-on experience with web scraping tools.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a "zero-error" mindset when it comes to spreadsheets and CRM data.
• Efficient: You know how to use AI and automation to work smarter, not harder.
• B2B Minded: You understand the fundamentals of B2B lead qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
