Open Position: AI Graphic Designer

Objective of the Role: We are seeking a creative AI Graphic Designer who can blend design fundamentals with the power of modern AI tools to create compelling visual assets for our e learning courses. You will work closely with instructional designers and content teams to produce high-quality graphics, templates, banners, posters, and digital learning materials.

Job Description:

• Create high-impact graphics, illustrations, icons, posters, social creatives, and visual templates using AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Claude, etc.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools to refine and finalize AI generated visuals.
• Design visually appealing slides, infographics, and layouts for e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to convert concepts and scripts into engaging visuals.
• Maintain organized design libraries, assets, and reusable templates.
• Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and quality across all design outputs.
• Optimize AI prompts to achieve specific visual styles aligned with course and brand guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Solid foundation in visual design principles—color theory, layout, typography, composition.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
• Ability to refine AI-generated assets to achieve polished and professional results.
• Experience in e-learning, digital media, or marketing design is a plus.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
