AI Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy AI Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience to design high-quality marketing visuals, social media content, and ad creatives using modern AI tools. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals along with hands-on experience in AI-powered design platforms to deliver fast, scalable, and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging visuals for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and paid ads

Create AI-generated graphics using tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway

Use Adobe Photoshop (Generative Fill) and other tools to refine and enhance AI-generated images

Develop brand-aligned creatives including banners, thumbnails, and marketing materials

Produce short-form visual content and assist in basic motion graphics or video editing (if required)

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand campaign goals and deliver creatives accordingly

Generate multiple creative variations quickly using AI tools for A/B testing

Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and design standards

Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design trends, and automation techniques

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or digital design

Strong command of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and Canva AI

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (especially AI features like Generative Fill)

Solid understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)

Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital ads

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quick turnaround designs

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in prompt engineering for AI image generation

Familiarity with Figma, Illustrator, or other design tools

Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects / CapCut / Runway)

Experience in lead generation creatives and performance marketing design

Exposure to freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer) or remote client work

Portfolio Requirement:

Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing AI-generated or AI-enhanced design work, including social media creatives, ad visuals, and branding materials.
