Motion Graphic Designer

CrecenTech Systems Private Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital media.
• Create explainer videos, social media creatives, advertisements, and logo animations.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop creative concepts.
• Edit and enhance video content with visual effects, sound, and transitions.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
• Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in creating 2D animations and motion graphics (3D is a plus).
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual content.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software (preferred).
• Prior experience working with international clients or digital marketing teams.
